Anton has made a signifcant impact in the rugby world as the Founding Director of the Western Province Rugby Academy (now WPIRI), where he helped build the Institute into the powerhouse that it is today. His passion for rugby has allowed him to establish numerous local and international relationships, helping to create some of today’s great rugby superstars. Anton recently fnished his season as the SWD Eagles Head Coach, where he experienced great success.

Mornè has built a well-rounded career spanning sport management, high-performance rugby operations, and business leadership. With extensive experience in recruitment, logistics, marketing, and team management, he currently serves as the Business & Operations Manager of the UXI Pumas Rugby Institute and National Recruitment Consultant for UXI Sport, where he plays a key role in identifying and developing rugby talent nationwide. Backed by a FIFA/CIES Sport Marketing qualification, World Rugby Level 1 coaching certification.

Ben has established himself as a prominent figure in rugby through a distinguished career as both a professional player and high-performance coach in South Africa and France. His commitment to excellence is highlighted by his World Rugby coaching credentials and his success in leading Villagers FC to a Super A-League title. Ben was recently appointed as the Facility Manager and Head Coach of the UXI Pumas Rugby Institute, where he is dedicated to strengthening the union’s talent pipeline and developing the next generation of elite athletes.

Joubert Willers is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a strong background in sports coaching, human movement, and education. A graduate of North-West University with a BA in Sports Coaching and Human Movement, and a BA Honours in Sport Science from the University of Johannesburg, he is currently completing his PGCE through Stadio Higher Education. Joubert has experience in both education and high-performance sport, serving as a teacher at Volksrust High School.

Mizan Viljoen is a dedicated biokineticist and strength & conditioning coach with extensive experience in high-performance sport, rehabilitation, and biomechanics. Holding a Biokinetics (Hons) from the University of the Free State and currently completing an MSc in Human Movement Science at North-West University, Mizan combines evidence-based practice with a holistic approach to athlete and patient development.

JP’s extensive rugby career spans various roles, including TUT Rugby Academy Manager, TUT U/20 Rugby Head Coach, and Director of Rugby at H.T.S Vereeniging School, among others. A standout achievement is his establishment of the Valke Rugby Academy, where he oversaw remarkable success in U/19 and U/21 Currie Cup Rugby, as well as player placements in Super Rugby and overseas clubs.

Christo Roos is a skilled rugby performance analyst with experience filming at the highest levels of the game. He has worked with SA Rugby across multiple professional fixtures, including the Stormers vs Pumas Super Rugby match (2024), Springboks vs Argentina (2024), and Springboks vs Georgia (2025). Christo also contributes to age-group rugby development through his work with the U21 Pumas (2024–2025).
